• Your creations on vibewar.ai are yours to use as you wish
• When you delete content from this site it is unrecoverable by us. Our providers may have their own backups but we instruct them to delete the content fully
• We retain the right to display your creations to the extent that it's necesary to host them online, but also for advertising and merchandising purposes
• These broad rights exist to cover edge cases where showcasing features on vibewar.ai might include user-generated content as an example of what's possible. We're not going to create new IP from your creations or prominent ad campaigns around your work without your consent
• Future merchandising on vibewar will be an opt-in process, not one where the rug is pulled on you. We could, as one example, offer features for printing your creations on various media, and potentially let you open your own store, setting your own prices. This is just planning for the future, we're not going to sell your art behind your back but might become a provider for you to do so yourself. This could include canvas prints, posters, t-shirts, nfts, or anything else
• We have automated systems to censor profane content but may take further actions to prevent abuse of the platform and harrassment to our users. We don't have an explicit code of conduct. Our first priority is to our subscribers' needs
• We disavow use of this platform for illegal purposes.
• Any of this can change without notice, especially during the beta release period
